This app isn't connected to a database yet

That's expected the first time you open it — the app needs a free Supabase project before anyone can sign in or see tasks.

Create a free project at supabase.com.
Open the SQL Editor there, paste in everything from sql/schema.sql, and run it.
In your Supabase project, go to Project Settings → API and copy the Project URL and anon public key.
Open js/config.js in this folder and paste those two values in.
Reload this page.

How this app works

Three quick steps and your team is up and running.

Set up or join your department — the first person creates it and gets an invite code; everyone else joins with that code.
Assign tasks and to-dos — pick who's Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed for each task; the app tracks it from there.
